Implementation Services

From business case to go-live – structured Oracle delivery with measurable outcomes.

Most Oracle implementation programmes cost more and take longer than planned. The causes are rarely technical. They are almost always structural.

Service Overview

For enterprise organisations in the Europe and Middle East evaluating Oracle Fusion implementation partners, the criteria that matter most are rarely stated in an RFP: who will actually run your programme, how will scope be controlled, and what happens when things go wrong. Oracle implementation programmes fail for predictable reasons: scope creep, under-resourced teams, weak governance, and the assumption that the technology will solve the process problem. We have seen it enough times to know how to prevent it.

Simalaya’s implementation service is built on a structured delivery methodology refined across more than two decades of Oracle programmes across the Middle East and Europe. We assign senior consultants to every engagement, not as oversight but as hands-on programme leads. We define governance at the start, hold to it throughout, and provide our clients with the transparency and control they need to make confident decisions at every phase.

What makes this work in practice is how we staff it. We do not send senior consultants to close the engagement and junior teams to run it. The consultants who design your programme are the consultants who deliver it.

What We Deliver

The ANCHOR Delivery Framework

ANCHOR is Simalaya’s proprietary Oracle implementation methodology: Assess, Navigate, Configure, Harden, Operate, Release. Each phase has a defined deliverable set and a client sign-off requirement before the next phase begins.

Six phases. Defined deliverables. Governance gates at every stage.

Assess

Structured discovery: requirements gathering, current-state assessment, stakeholder mapping, risk identification, and governance design. Deliverable: Programme Blueprint document agreed with client.

Navigate

Solution architecture, configuration design, integration specification, data migration mapping, and cutover strategy. This phase defines the technical and functional blueprint for delivery. Deliverable: Functional and Technical Design Documents.

Configure

Oracle system configuration, custom development where required, integration build, and data migration preparation. Weekly progress reporting against agreed milestone plan.

Harden

System integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and defect resolution. Sign-off gate before go-live.

Operate

Cutover execution, go-live support, hypercare period, and post-go-live stabilisation.

Release

Formal handover to support or managed services. Knowledge transfer, documentation sign-off, and transition to steady-state operations.
